Since 1987, JA of Arkansas has walked into classrooms across the state and handed students something real. A budget they build themselves. A business plan they pitch out loud. A career they didn't know existed until a volunteer from down the road described it.
Four decades later, those students are running companies, leading teams, and raising kids of their own right here in Arkansas. That's forty years of Arkansans finding out what they're capable of, one classroom at a time.
So we're marking the milestone the simplest way we know how: $40. A dollar for every year.
Skip the takeout one night this week. Put it in a classroom instead.
Your gift goes straight into classrooms. Workbooks in students' hands. Volunteers at the front of the room. Programs reaching more Arkansas kids in more Arkansas towns. It goes toward the moment a student runs the numbers on a business they made up themselves, sees it work, and thinks, "I can do that."
